It should be noted however that the following
rules do apply to all transcript requests:
- Transcripts will not be issued for
individuals having a financial hold (owe a
balance). No transcript will be
released if the student has not
satisfactorily settled all accounts.
- An official transcript becomes
unofficial if the seal is broken. Do not
open if you are forwarding to another party
(institution, employer).
- Open only if you have ordered for
personal use.
