Boys and Girls
Club of Cleveland
The Boys and
Girls Club of
Cleveland provides
health, social,
educational,
cultural, vocational
and character
development
activities for boys
and girls ages 6 to
17. Lee University
volunteers serve the
children from the
club and the
dedicated employees
on a daily basis.
This project is a
definite morale
booster for the
staff and students
at the Tucker Unit
location.
A True Servant
Heart…Required
Habitat for
Humanity of
Cleveland seeks to
provide families in
the community with
affordable homes.
This process is only
possible through the
contribution of
volunteers. If
you’re interested in
volunteering with
the Habitat
Homestore this
project is for you.
A Cup of Water In
Jesus Name
Crossover
Ministries began as
a student-led food
distribution
ministry in 2004.
Since its inception,
the ministry has
emerged into an
advocacy program,
serving those living
in poverty within
Cleveland and
Bradley County. Join
our team of student
volunteers as they
feed and serve
residents, serve at
a neighborhood block
party for children,
or make a lasting
impact through
home-cleaning
projects for
struggling
residents.
The Freshman
Experience
Do you remember
your very first
weekend as a Lee
student? If so, join
a project similar to
one like our
incoming freshman do
on their very first
weekend at Lee. We
call it Deke Day,
and it takes place
in elderly care
centers throughout
the Cleveland
community.
Serving our
Mentally and
Physically
Challenged Friends
BINGO, anyone?
If you’re a master
at this age-old game
or just like to hang
out with our adult
mentally and
physically
challenged
neighbors, join in
on a party at
Bradley Cleveland
Services from 10
a.m. until noon.
There will be lots
of free food and
fun. And, who knows?
You may even get to
dance a jig with a
big-hearted kid.
