A grade of I:
"I" is assigned to a student whose work is
incomplete. The grade becomes "F" if the work is
not completed by the end of the following
semester, unless a written extension has been
approved by the Vice President for Academic
Affairs.
A grade of W:
"W" is assigned to a student who, for any
reason, officially withdraws from the university
or is dropped from a course at any time after
the last day to drop. This "W" is assigned
without academic penalty to the student.
A grade change must be requested in writing by
the student and approved by the instructor.
Grade changes must be made within one semester.
